Watch the Second SONA of His Excellency President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” C. Aquino III live stream online. The State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2011 will be delivered by "PNoy" on Monday, July 25, 2011, at the Batasang Pambansa Complex, Quezon City at around 3:00 PM or 4:00 pm.
